What are KEYWORDS?
In many companies today, a computer "reads" and evaluates resumes before they are even seen by a person.

When a computer scans a resume, it looks for specific job titles and job-related words and phrases. These are called KEYWORDS. A 21st Century Resume MUST include a separate KEYWORDS section, and these keywords must be carefully selected and targeted to make certain that your resume will not be overlooked by a computer search.

Here's a sample of KEYWORDS for a baker. There are more than you might think!

Batter mixer, cracker machine operator, cookie machine operator, dough mixer, doughnut machine operator, ingredient scaler, dividing machine operator, handtruck pusher, equipment cleaner, bread supervisor, cake supervisor, wrapping machine adjuster, slicing machine adjuster, oven supervisor, doughnut glazer.

All our resumes include a professionally compiled, carefully targeted KEYWORDS section to ensure that your resume is ready for the 21st Century.
